How Waterloo Fiber redefined speed and accuracy in fiber activation
What if customer orders, field execution, and network records stayed in sync, without the usual delays between systems?
This level of alignment and coordination may feel unrealistic. Orders move at one pace, construction at another, and network data catches up later, creating friction at the exact moment speed and accuracy matter most. But Waterloo Fiber proves it can be done.
In this session, Waterloo Fiber joins Camvio and 3-GIS to discuss how a modern, closed-loop approach across BSS/OSS, GIS, and field operations has reduced the gap between customer demand, field activity, and network visibility, improving both installation speed and network data accuracy.
Speakers will share best practices covering how to:
-
Reduce disconnects between customer systems, field work, and network data
-
Accelerate installation timelines without sacrificing data accuracy
-
Minimize delays and rework caused by incomplete or outdated information
