Ian Crowther-Green is an Outside Plant Construction Manager and Engineer with over 20 years of experience delivering fiber broadband networks. He specializes in FTTH deployment, with a focus on aligning field operations, construction workflows, and system integration to improve speed to revenue.

At Waterloo Fiber, Ian leads citywide fiber deployment and works closely with platforms like Camvio and 3-GIS to streamline the path from design to activation. Ian focuses on operational efficiencies which positively impacts both Waterloo Fiber and the community they serve.

 
Erica Christiansen

Camvio | Technical Project Manager

Erica Christiansen has worked in the broadband industry for several years, bringing a strong background in network operations and implementation. As a Technical Project Manager at Camvio, she plays a key role in onboarding new providers onto the platform, helping ensure a smooth transition and long-term success.

Erica works closely with customers to align systems, streamline workflows, and solve complex operational challenges. She is known for her hands-on approach, deep product knowledge, and ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs. She has worked closely with providers such as Waterloo Fiber, supporting their implementation and helping drive more efficient, connected operations.
