SSP Innovations, LLC complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. SSP Innovations, LLC has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. DPF Principles with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union, the European Economic Area (EEA), and the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension.

We comply with the DPF Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and UK, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

Independent Recourse Mechanism

SSP Innovations, LLC has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints to the EU Data Protection Authorities (DPAs) for EU-related data and to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for UK-related data. These recourse mechanisms are provided at no cost to the individual.

Jurisdiction and Enforcement

Under certain conditions, individuals may invoke binding arbitration before the Data Privacy Framework Panel to address complaints not resolved by other means.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy
