Our seasoned consultants will meet with your key GIS personnel, evaluating the current state of your GIS, from your server and client hardware and software to the state of your data – from completeness to quality. In addition, our consultants will also conduct meetings with personnel in other groups, including designers, service representatives, and accountants. Our consultants will discuss how GIS might assist them in better performing their jobs and will collect business requirements and process workflows. Based on these workshops, our consultants will prepare a report detailing our findings and make prioritized recommendations on upgrades and enhancements that would yield the greatest benefits to your organization.
