Command Center, designed to be utilized to follow, visualize, and manage daily operations in a single view. The status of a city or municipalities assets from park benches and street signs to a utilities light poles, traffic signals and vegetation can be easily observed and analyzed. The daily operational configuration can show crew locations, network status, customer issues, meter statuses, weather, and identify operational challenges and opportunities.

Incident Preparedness

The moment an incident presents itself, Command Center quickly transfers into an integrated Emergency Operations Command Center. With an anticipated incident such as an approaching storm, a system administrator can begin setting in motion the protocol of staging directions. Outside sources such as utilities and emergency responders can be contacted and given the URL for their mobile devices to find rally points, equipment availability and other logistics that will be set in to action after the incident has passed.

When faced with an unexpected major operational event occurs such as tornadoes, hurricanes ice storms, earthquakes, chemical spills or gas explosions , 3-GIS Command Center quickly reconfigures to take the role of a data aggregation engine to inform the Operations Center of impact assessment and degree of damage – in a single view. With that data quickly aggregated, the WebEOC manager can then coordinate with local EMA, hospitals, rescue organizations, volunteers, and supply chain participants, to begin rapid recovery and restoration.
