3-GIS, LLC ENTERS GEOSPATIAL MARKET

DECATUR, AL, May 1, 2006: Tommy Siniard, Jerry Golden, Tom Counts, and David Hart are excited to announce the birth of 3-GIS, LLC in Decatur, AL. Tommy, Jerry, and Tom, founders of Mesa Solutions, Inc. and recent former executives of Telcordia Technologies, Inc. have split off to form a new company, 3-GIS, to lead the way into the next generation of AM/FM/GIS system integration providing geospatial innovation across the globe.

DELIVERING GEOSPATIAL INNOVATION

Immediately as an ESRI Business Partner, 3-GIS intends to deliver GIS services to the utilities and telecommunications markets. Initially poised to deliver solutions to local utility customers, 3-GIS is preparing to deliver those solutions on ESRI's latest release, ArcGIS 9.2; most specifically ArcGIS Server, Mobile ADF, and ArcWeb Services. "With the accelerating adoption of Location Based Services, and the desire to have immediate data access in the field, 3-GIS is preparing to provide solutions and tools that will be of great value to the customer. Using a core foundation architecture, we will provide a seamless user experience from the desktop to the mobile device," provided Tommy Siniard, Chief Technical Officer of 3-GIS.
