DECATUR, AL, OCTOBER 31, 2007: 3-GIS, LLC., leading the way into the next generation of AM/FM/GIS systems, is pleased to announce a revolutionary change to the warranty and maintenance program for their software line.

NEW REMOTE MANAGEMENT PLAN

3-GIS is proud to announce a new remote IT management plan for its customers. "This is becoming a standard package we will be providing with all product installations" said Tom Counts, president of 3-GIS. "We recognize that there is a corporate push to lower total cost of ownership and our goal is to help our existing and future customers achieve that objective". In that vein, for customers that will allow 3-GIS to remotely connect to their Express Server installations, 3-GIS will routinely maintain, tune, and optimize their GIS server configuration and ensure it operates at its optimal capacity. 3-GIS recognizes this as a new value-add they can now offer their customers and want to help them lower their total IT burden. This offer will be included in all customer's warranty and maintenance contracts with 3-GIS and is another example of showing how 3-GIS partners with its customers to achieve greater efficiencies and lower costs. For new customers, this offer also includes a personal visit by one of their IT technologists at the inception of the maintenance phase to ensure all server software configurations are optimal to deliver greatest value to the customer.
