The 3-GIS Express Solution is the first thin-client, Enterprise GIS available to municipalities. The Express Solution offers an extensive suite of mapping tools that can be used across all market segments that your municipality serves. Whether your municipality manages electric, gas, water, waste water, telecommunications or any combination of these, 3-GIS offers applications that can be rolled out across your entire organization.

With the Express Solution, 3-GIS has strived to develop applications which take the complexity and expense out of Enterprise GIS. 3-GIS extends core ESRI technology making it easy for municipalities to adopt, implement and maintain their Enterprise GIS. The Express Solution distributes valuable information throughout the municipality giving field users, office users, supervisors, and managers equal visibility to data with accessibility from anywhere on the network.

The Express Solution bundles ArcGIS Advanced Enterprise Server and includes the following components:

	Express Conductor: configuration and administration tool Bundles ESRI ArcGIS Advanced Enterprise Server Delivers tools to manage the GIS independent of expensive support fees and add-on modules Works with any ESRI geodatabase (no data conversion) Allows administrator to configure the municipality’s own tools using simple dialogues and drop down menus
	Buzz: a Blackberry Smartphone application for data sharing and quick data collection Runs on the BlackBerry® Pearl™ series, BlackBerry® Bold™ and BlackBerry® Curve™ series smartphones Utilizes the AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless cellular networks Provides managers with quick access to view attribute data Connects real-time to back office-GIS
