3-GIS Enterprise License Agreement: A Companion to the Esri Small Municipal and County Government ELA

3-GIS offers a companion to the Esri Small Municipal and County Government ELA.  The 3-GIS Companion ELA abides by all terms of the Esri Small Municipal and County Government ELA and additionally offers access to the 3-GIS Suite of products, an ArcGIS Server based suite of thin-client asset management tools which consists of Express Conductor, Field Express Chameleon and Network Express. 

The 3-GIS Companion ELA offers:

· Enterprise wide facility management

· No limit on connects or users

· No worries about usage spikes or denial of service

· Limitless mix of 3-GIS licenses

An ELA allows small jurisdictions to pay an annual fixed price in exchange for software, maintenance, services, and training. A three-tiered system for municipalities and counties is based on population.

Pricing has three tiers:

1. Tier one is for towns and counties with populations up to 25,000.

2. Tier two is for cities and counties with populations between 25,001 and 50,000.

3. Tier three is for cities and counties with populations between 50,001 and 100,000.

The 3-GIS Companion ELA simplifies the contract and budgeting process for the government entities who have elected to utilize the Esri ELA.
