Workforce Optimization : The Express Solution provides a complete office to field to office GIS solution.  Field Express can be quickly configured to any requirements a utility might need, allowing a user to view, add, edit, or inspect assets in the field on a variety of device types.  Using Network Express, a user or supervisor can analyze crew workloads and then assign tasks and work to specific crews.  Field Express can then retrieve the user and allow the field crew to perform their job effectively.  Data added in the field can then be saved to the GIS and reviewed through Network Express.

Information Technology : The Express Solution has been developed to minimize the information technology burden at a utility.  Through both web-based solutions and light-weight field solutions, the Express Solution minimizes installation services.  Express Conductor provides the tools to rapidly configure both Network Express and Field Express thereby minimizing expensive software maintenance costs by allowing an administrator to use command templates to configure software, as opposed to relying on customization, which adds costs down the road.
