Built in the Waterfront district, the building was designed and built by Fite Construction for Waterfront Properties in 2003 between Rhodes Ferry Park and the Sexton building. Designed and built to embrace the historical ambiance of the area, 3-GIS is proud to provide a relaxing and creative environment for our consultants and software developers.
