3-GIS Enterprise License Agreement:  A Companion to the ESRI Small Utility ELA

In early 2009, ESRI introduced its Small Utility Enterprise License Agreement (SU-ELA) program which allows utilities to receive selected unlimited deployments of the ArcGIS platform, maintenance, and support for products for an affordable, fixed price that is paid annually over a three year term.  

In March 2009, 3-GIS introduced its ELA, a companion to the ESRI SU-ELA.  The 3-GIS Companion ELA abides by all terms of the ESRI SU-ELA and additionally offers access to the 3-GIS Suite of products, an ArcGIS Server based suite of thin-client asset management tools which consists of Express Conductor, Field Express Chameleon and Network Express.  

The 3-GIS Companion ELA offers:

·        Enterprise wide facility management

·        No limit on connects or users

·        No worries about usage spikes or denial of service

·        Limitless mix of 3-GIS licenses

Pricing has three tiers:

1.      Up to 10,000 meters/connections

2.      From 10,001 to 50,000 meters/connections

3.      From 50,001 to 100,000 meters/connections

The 3-GIS Companion ELA simplifies the contract and budgeting process for the utility companies who have elected to utilize the ESRI SU-ELA and allows them to further gain value from their overall GIS investment.
